Great Shots of Fire!

Basketball, a sport played by over 450 million people worldwide, was duly celebrated at TMS by the IH basketball tournament held on 13th October. The atmosphere created was unparalleled and the students gathered with bated breath; the shuffle of shoes on the quadrangle floor. The tournament commenced with a heated match between Summer and Spring, ending with a remarkable win by Spring. This was followed by a game between Autumn and Winter which was concluded by the victory of Autumn.

Then came the much-awaited finals. The succeeding clash between Summer and Winter, the losers’ finals, resulted in the triumph of Summer establishing its position in third place leaving Winter in fourth.

Finally, the pinnacle of the gathering that left everyone at the edge of their seats: the final between Autumn and Spring. The air grew thick with anticipation. The evening was gloriously concluded with the crushing defeat of Spring, Autumn emerging victorious and on top of the scoreboard.
