Table tennis is a sport which is unfortunately often overlooked. However, the girls' Inter-House table tennis tournament at The Millennium School completely changed this for the students. The event started off with a fantastic singles match between Spring and Autumn. Many such matches ensued and ended with Autumn winning the singles with a magnificent smash from the Autumn house player, Nishkha.
Succeeding the singles matches were the doubles matches. The first match was between Spring and Winter. The teams consisted of two players each with satisfactory table tennis skills. After a close call, Winter was victorious in the first match. The second match was between Autumn and Summer which wrapped up with a win for Autumn. The losers' finals between Spring and Summer ended with a win for Spring. At the end of a exhilarating match, Autumn won the doubles match, crowning the house as the overall winner for the girls' Inter-House table tennis tournament. Congratulations!
