World Autism Awareness Day at TMS

World Autism Awareness Day is an internationally recognized day on April 2 every year. At TMS, the Best Buddies club took up the initiative to conduct activities in all classes to highlight the importance of this week. All Middle and Primary classes were shown a brief presentation on autism imparting awareness of the spectrum. The primary classes also coloured a blue ribbon; a symbol of autism. All students were encouraged to take a pledge of inclusion and to always be a ‘buddy’ to people on the spectrum.
