An Iftar Party to Remember

Every year the Islamic council and Arabic council come together to organize an Iftar party for all our students and staff members. The TMS Iftar party was held on the 15th of April in our school auditorium alongside the presence of all our teachers and students. Iftar is all about the food and a feeling of togetherness, where people gather around the table to break their fast at once.

The program started with a recitation from the Holy Quran. Our group of student leaders from both the councils compiled a presentation, which was showcased that evening, the importance of ‘Hadith’, explained by Ms Nargish guest. The talk was briefing the audience on which was further Khambatta, the chief followed up by everybody opening their fast and the recitation of group prayer. This Iftar party was indeed an evening filled with togetherness, happiness and gratefulness. We thank the Islamic department and the students for making this year’s Iftar party a great success.
