Two Words, A Thousand Thoughts

Categorization, segregation, separation

All big words but mean the same,

The impact of these certain words

Will soon give the world no shame.

The worst part of social stratification

Is that we all don’t take the blame

Upper class middle class lower class

We all remain the same.

At the end of the day

When all is said and done

The betrayal and sorrow

Can’t be shot down with a gun.

The betrayal and sorrow felt by others

Will never be faced by everyone

But what we share all together in common

Is the world we live in with the moon and sun.

To hold hands

And cooperate with each other

Is a simple thing

And a thought to ponder.

So, let’s come together

All as one

And build a better future

For our future daughters and sons.
