Prime Minister Address

On Monday 27th January 2024, TMS students witnessed the Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi address the youth of India in an annual event known as ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’, which means ‘Discussion on exams’ in English. This was an event held in New Delhi, India, and was live-streamed to all CBSE schools in the country and to Indian Schools overseas. The session started with the Prime Minister addressing the gathering and transitioned into a question-and-answer session. Many students and educators from around the country had interesting questions for the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister emphasized the societal and family pressures that students face and spoke about how important it is for parents to support their children while they write exams. He also spoke about the importance of teachers in a pupil’s drive to success. He also addressed many questions which surely would have helped pupils around the world deal with examination pressure.

This was the 7th edition of this informative and helpful segment hosted by the Prime Minister and we as a school are grateful for being able to attend the event online.
