‘To sit in the shade, you have to save paper first.’ The TMS Environment Club conducted the annual Inter-House Newspaper Collection Drive, a tremendous success. The collection drive saw house captains and members running around to accumulate as much newspaper as possible. The Summer House contingent collected a record-breaking 469 kg of Newspaper which saw them take the win. There was bottleneck competition between Spring and Winter but towards the end,

Spring took the runners-up position by a mere
40 Kg lead with 312 Kg, meaning Winter took 3rd place in the competition with a sum of 282 Kg. Autumn House took the wooden spoon as they failed to contribute significantly to the drive. Ultimately, the drive was a huge success and a great and fun way to save paper and the environment. Kudos to Ms. Suja Ranganathan, the teacher in charge of the Environment Club, and Gowri Kishore, the President of the Environment Club, for organizing such a successful campaign.
